If the computer does not have virtualization enabled, you need to turn off the computer first, and then enter the BIOS interface to modify. Turn on virtualization differently for each motherboard BIOS, according to the keywords Intel(R) Virtualization Technology, Virtual, Virtualization, VT-X, SVM, Virtualization Technology, etc. in the BIOS to find the VT settings to turn on.

2. Turn off the Hyper-V function

Windows 10/11 systems have their own Hyper-V virtual machines, but some of its configurations and services may conflict with the configuration and services of VMware virtual machines, resulting in VMware virtual machine running errors.
